I called APEX when my dog was in my fenced-in backyard and I let him out one night before bed. Unfortunately, he ran into a groundhog that was apparently living under my shed.

I promptly contacted APEX, and that same day, Chris visited my place to assess the issue. He offered me two options: installing live traps in my yard to catch the groundhog, and if I desired, installing a trench barrier around my shed to prevent future critter access. I opted for the trench barrier. APEX successfully captured the groundhog (along with a raccoon) and released them unharmed in a safe habitat. They also installed the trench barrier and efficiently resolved the entire matter.

Now, I feel confident letting my dog out at night without worrying about him getting attack. Using APEX was an excellent choice, not only due to their exceptional results but also their exceptional customer service. Chris handled all the necessary work, and Patrick, my initial contact, scheduled a convenient visit that aligned with my work schedule. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to other companies I consulted. If any other pest or wildlife issues arise in the future, I would definitely consider calling APEX again.
